In the Blendworks gin blending sessions, you get to make your own gin. You learn how to make Eden Mill gin and the history of gin itself before completing some blind tasting and nosing to help find the ideal botanicals for your very own gin. Lastly, you name your gin before hand blending and bottling your creation, ready to take away in a presentation pack. Blendworks is located in the historic Rusacks Hotel overlooking the 18th hole of The Old Course.
