This is what happens when you take a red-eye from New York to Scotland and then go straight to the golf course to walk 18 holes?

THIS IS THE BIG ONE! A REAL DREAM COME TRUE! Hard to believe but we were actually fortunate enough to score a tee time at The Old Course in St. Andrews. History is truly everywhere you look and it gives you chills knowing how many legends have walked the fairways here. Now it’s our turn to enjoy “The Home of Golf.”

Of all the rounds we played in Scotland this experience may have surprised us the most. We didn’t know what to expect since this was our first time playing Hickory Golf, and the whole experience left us with plenty of memories and big smiles on our faces. If you’re traveling near St. Andrews any time soon Kingarrock Hickory Golf needs to be on your radar. Playing golf at Kingarrock was like stepping into a time machine. Not only does the club have genuine hickory clubs for your to use, the course is also well cared-for using only authentic maintenance equipment and techniques. The whole thing literally makes you feel like you’re actually playing golf 100 years ago.

When you think about golf in Scotland you probably picture Links courses right? Well you just might be surprised to find how much variation there is in the types of golf you can play within a few minutes drive from St. Andrews. In this episode we head over to Ladybank Golf Course to take on it’s narrow fairways and “parkland” layout.

For episode 6 of The Scotland Series we’re headed back to wind-whipped links at Elie Golf House Club, a course with lots of history and plenty of scenic views.

Crail Golfing Society is home of Balcomie Links, a unique and historic Par 69 golf course designed by Old Tom himself. The back nine features FOUR par 3 holes each with a unique character that will test every bit of your short game.

Kingsbarns Golf Links, home of the Alfred Dunhill Championship, is in a word…EPIC. One of Scotland’s premier golf courses the beauty of this track simply cannot be conveyed using a camera alone. Kingsbarns was one of the biggest highlights of our Scotland trip, and we hope you enjoy watching as much as we enjoyed being there!

The Jubilee Course at St. Andrews Golf Links features some of the most challenging holes in all of St. Andrews. And pars don’t come easy when the wind is coming in hard off the water.

It’s the final episode of The Scotland Series, and the spot where the “Fish & Chips Tour” was born! This week we’re at Fairmont St. Andrews for a fun round including a little “bragging rights” match with the Shot Scope Team. We hope you enjoyed watching the series as much as we enjoyed making it.
